Frequently asked questions
Is there a restocking fee on returns?
Returns are handled on an item by item basis. Contact me within 3 days of receipt of item.
Item must be returned unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned. This includes custom lengths.
Most returns will receive a full refund less shipping cost if I am contacted within 3 days of delivery and the item is shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery.
Any item returned after 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item via the payment method you used to make your purchase.
What if I don't receive my package?
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address I am not responsible.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and I will not replace at my expense.
If your package is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it you should contact your local post office branch. Some of them have GPS tracking and can tell you exactly where your package was delivered. They will speak to your delivery person to try and locate your package. You can also check with your neighbors.
If I insured your package the insurance will only cover damaged or lost (not marked as delivered) packages.
