My current turn around time on the items listed in the shop is 1-2 weeks. I work very hard to get items out ahead of schedule when possible, but sometimes it simply isn't.

Unless specifically stated as "ready to ship," all hats and hair accessories are handmade to your size and color preferences upon receipt of payment.
All hats are also able to be CUSTOMIZED!
Custom orders are always welcome; if you see an item you would like in a different color, drop me a convo and I would be more than happy to design something especially for you! I SHIP via the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping takes 2-5 days. Please see the shop Policies for current turn around times (this is prior to shipping).
