Payment is made through etsy's payment system, which accepts paypal or debit/credit card.

I ship from the United Kingdom within three business days of payment. During Public Holidays (Christmas, Easter), despatch time will be longer.

For items delivered within the UK, I use the Royal Mail. Normal delivery uses First Class 'signed for' service. Delivery to UK addresses is usually within 3 days after despatch.

For overseas shipping, I always ship using the 'Tracked and Signed for' service. Tracking your package gives you extra peace of mind that your items will be delivered securely. A signature on delivery will be requested by the mail service (exclusions apply where a country does not offer a combined tracked and signed for service). The price is set by the Royal Mail.
This is the only method that will show the progress of your package as it travels from here in England. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking number

Shipping time to the US and most countries outside of Europe is usually between 10-21 business days after despatch. Occasionally, packages may be held up by the destination country's Customs, which can increase shipping times. I would therefore be grateful if you could bear this in mind and allow for this when awaiting delivery.

Unfortunately, I have no influence on delivery times or delays - this is the responsibility of the postal service. Please view my Returns Policy for more information on returns and non-receipt of packages.

For European shipments, delivery is usually up to 10 business days after despatch.

PLEASE CONSIDER THESE SHIPPING TIMES WHEN YOU ORDER (sorry about the capital letters), as it's usually not possible for items to arrive earlier than this, which can be disappointing if you require something for a particular date or occasion.

For items sent to destinations outside of the UK, a package is not considered to be lost in transit until 6 weeks after the shipping date.

PLEASE NOTE that I do not ship to freight forwarding company addresses. I would politely request that you provide a home address for delivery of your order.
