Unfortunately the chain is too short and would probably choke me but thats an easy fix, as I am often replacing short chains with longer ones and it doesn't detract from the beauty of the piece.

Request a cancellation: within 2 days of purchase
Payment
Items will only be posted after payment is recieved.
If the postage and packing is less than I have calculated, I will refund the difference. Cancellation must be within 3 hours of your purchase, please contact me in this case and I will issue a refund within 48hours.
Shipping
If you are ordering from overseas then our standard postage is not a signed for service and tracking is not available. This is generally fine for UK, Germany, US, Canada and Australia.
All items will be sent by 'Royal Mail' standard post, if you want a different option please contact me and we will discuss prices.
We ship to your Etsy address and not your PayPal address.
Delivery times depend on where you are of course.
UK - estimate 2-3 business days
Western Europe - 4-8 business days
US, Canada, Australia, S. Africa and Eastern Europe - estimate 10-15 business days
Please bear in mind that it might take a little longer during busy times (Christmas!)
The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.
