I'm a SAHM and farm wife. Prior to our life in the country and children, I did sales and customer service for a wireless company and loved all the interaction with people.

After a year in the country, I went to my first auction and was hooked! My Husband inspired me to open my Etsy shop and I've been in love with Etsy ever since!

I had always been a lover of vintage things, a life-long collector of "treasures" and from a long line of Yard Sale and Flea Market lovers. As a child, my mom came home with the best dress up clothes and hats for my friends and I to play with. My love of "dress-up" things has stayed with me and I find myself drawn to vintage Vanity items, old Train Cases, glitzy lamps and things that make me feel "like a star!"

I also love history and geography, so I love to pick up every World Globe I see! I wish I could keep them all, but who has the space??

I love the opportunities selling on Etsy has given me! I contribute a bit of income to the household every month, but really, it has been the friendships and contacts I have made with our customers and other Etsy shops that has help me make the transition from City Dweller/non parent to Farm Wife/Mom. My world is small right now as a SAHM, but when I sell something to a customer in Australia or Hong Kong, I feel a bit more worldly. On Etsy, the world is very small! :)
