All initials are handstamped, which will likely to leave a light imprint on the back of the charm. This is normal for all handstamped jewelry. It is not a defect.
All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail.
US buyers, check your Paypal email or email given at Checkout for tracking.
International orders may take from 2-4 weeks to arrive from shipping date. Timing will depend on customs of each country. Buyer is responsible for any custom fee that may occur. There will be no tracking for regular International First Class Mail.
