Can I print the file more than once?
Yes! You can print your file as many times as needed after purchase, for PERSONAL USE or to give it printed as a personal gift to a friend - *the digital file may not be shared*
Can I share the files?
No! Files may not be shared (either by email, file sharing websites, or other means), or given away as "freebies" or in giveaways. The file is meant for personal use only by the purchaser, but you can print as many as you'd like for personal use/gifts.
How can I download files?
After your payment is confirmed, download your files directly from Etsy. Simply go to: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases to find your printable files and download them.
Do you sell custom and personalized orders?
Yes, I do. Find them listed in my shop, or send me a message for any information you need.
Is there a shipping cost?
There is no shipping or shipping cost for digital items, as there is nothing physical to be shipped.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Digital items cannot be returned of refunded after being downloaded. But if you haven't yet downloaded your files and you want to cancel your order, send me a message to cancel it and get your refund.

I do! All the designs are originally created by me Stella Chili. I don't use cliparts or others people designs.
