Announcement    **SHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING **
*** PLEASE NOTE if you checkout as a guest in etsy you will not receive the updates on your order and it will not show up in your account.

*** USPS Shipping times may become longer beginning Oct. 1. I highly suggest upgrading your shipping to Priority mail at checkout if you are concerned about extended in transit times. Priority mail will not make the time it takes me to make your order faster but it should speed up your in transit time and also provides $50 of insurance to your package should it be lost or damaged in transit. Please understand that I have no control over the mail service and have no way to know how long your package will take to arrive. With the added seasonal mail that will be coming into USPS and worker shortages delays could be significant. So please plan accordingly when placing your orders and order as early as possible for holiday gift giving to make sure you have your items in plenty of time.

*** When placing your order make sure you include all info needed to complete your order and make sure you check your messages thru etsy in case we have questions that need answered to create your items.

*** Make sure you have the CORRECT ADDRESS on your order BEFORE you place it. I WILL NOT be able to make changes to the address on the order once it is placed. If there is an error after your order is placed you will need to cancel and reorder with the correct address.

** Quantity Discounts ?'s - I get A LOT of questions about offering discounts. I do not offer any discounts on large quantities. This is because I still spend the same amount of time, supplies, fees, etc.... making the large quantities as I do my regular orders. I do however make and ship quality products in a very timely manner. That includes shipping very large orders quickly also. =)

** PLEASE NOTE it does take time to make personalized/custom products. DO NOT order something today that you need tomorrow. Our normal shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on the number of orders we have at the time of your order. We process orders in the order received to make it fair and timely for all of our customers. If you are on a time crunch contact us BEFORE ordering to check our current shipping time. Otherwise please expect your custom made item to be shipped within the ship by date on your order.

*** The only customizations available on PERSONALIZED badge reels are the name and credentials (if listed). DO NOT place an order for a badge reel wanting changes made to the design such as color/background changes/ graphics changes...etc... Contact me FIRST to see about having a custom design made and listed. In peak and holidays times I may not have time to create a new design. It also makes it very hard for me to keep track of orders if you order a certain design but want numerous changes made. You will need to wait until THAT design is listed to order it. THANK YOU!

*** Items that are not listed as PERSONALIZED will not be changed. So please do not order a non-personalized design and send me a note with changes you would like. These items will be made AS PICTURED. If you see a design you like and would like something similar message me with your request and I will add it to my list. I work on new designs as I have time to fit them in between getting orders out so during busy times it will take longer to complete new design requests.

**Please order early during the holidays**

** We ship regular mail with confirmation. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. The upgraded shipping DOES NOT speed up the processing time of the order it will only effect the "in transit" time.

** SHIPPING INSURANCE - Please select the Priority shipping upgrade at checkout to receive up to $50 of shipping insurance on your package. This will cover any packages lost or damaged in transit. It is very rare that this happens but if you do not use the Priority upgrade and your package becomes lost or damaged I will not be able to replace it.

** Your items will ship from the Central East Coast of FLORIDA. This info has been switched in my etsy account a long time ago but etsy tracking continues to show the package shipping from Indiana. For accurate tracking info please visit the USPS website.

** I do not offer any refunds/cancellations of orders once the order is placed so make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. If your item(s) have not been made or shipped I may be able to offer a store credit but I do not process any refunds.

** SHIPPING - I ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation which shows that I have shipped your package. This shipping method does not include any type of insurance. Once I ship the package I cannot be responsible for what happens to it during transit. If you are concerned about your package during transit you must purchase shipping insurance. To do this please select the PRIORITY SHIPPING upgrade at checkout. In the thousands of packages I have shipped I have had several get lost or delayed.
