** UPCOMING SHIPPING DELAY ** Feltie orders placed between May 24- June 1 may be delayed and may not begin shipping until June 2. Orders will be sewn and shipped out in the order received. Thank you for your understanding and continued business.
** Quantity Discounts ?'s - I get A LOT of questions about offering discounts or wholesale pricing on felties. I do not offer any discounts on large quantities. This is because I still spend the same amount of time, supplies, fees, etc.... making the large quantities as I do my regular orders. I do however sew and ship quality products in a very timely manner. That includes shipping very large orders quickly also. =)
** MIXING FELTIES ?'s - I also get a lot of questions about mixing different felties to make sets. I do offer that option. I sew the felties in sets so I sell them that way to avoid having a bunch of odd pieces laying around.
** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates have doubled with the USPS recent price increase. I am in the process of changing the rates on my listings. If you need items shipped internationally please contact me to set up a listing for you so I can put the proper shipping charges on it.
** Current Shipping time on FELTIE orders is 1-5 business days. Custom and International orders may take an extra day or 2.
** SHIPPING - I ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation which shows that I have shipped your package. This shipping method does not include any type of insurance. Once I ship the package I cannot be responsible for what happens to it during transit. If you are concerned about your package during transit you must purchase shipping insurance. To do this please contact me BEFORE placing your order so I can set up a listing for you with special shipping. In the thousands of packages I have shipped I have had 1 get lost and several delayed.
** I am not able to take any new image requests at this time. I am very backed up with current requests. I will update my shop announcements when I am able to take requests again. PLEASE do not order a design assuming that I can change it to any color, mascot, etc.... Design changes are the same as making a new sheet and I will not be able to do them until I am caught up. You will be sent the same exact sheet that is pictured when you ordered it and because of the email delivery of image sheets they are non-returnable/refundable. I do have some sheets made in colors that are not listed so you are welcome to ask to see if I might have what you are looking for. =)
