I'm just leaving a review to clear the Etsy notification. The seller agreed to a return/refund when one of the grommet and leather piece for the lobster clasp fell off due to oversight as soon as I put the bag on. Although she suggested getting it locally repaired by a shoemaker, I opted to return the bag due to the faulty construction of the grommet and concerns about long-term durability. I also don’t live within reasonable distance to a shoemaker/bag restoration specialist so requiring one would have been an expensive effort to maintain in the long run. Nonetheless, this was a beautiful bag in person and I was sad it wasn’t the bag for me.

Pretty much as expected. It would be nice if there was an option with depth in the dimension to the bag or that there was access to the inner pocket when folded over. The bag has not seen much use yet, but it's a nice bag.

This bag is absolutely beautiful. It was delivered 20 minutes ago and I'm incredibly impressed. The quality is fantastic, I am petite and have always been nervous about convertible bags because they sometimes swallow me up but this bag is the PERFECT size. It's so roomy no matter how you wear it, the straps are strong quality and it is so easy to swap the style. I haven't even used it yet and am already thinking about buying a second color
