I will send your order as soon as your payment has been registered, usually within 3 working days. You always pay in advance. If the ordered items are small in size it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise you will be notified by sms/e-mail/post when and where your products can be fetched.

NOTE! If you don't fetch your products you'll need to pay a fee SEK 450,00 + return shipping cost.

All items in Dollybird Retro Shop is second-hand items and in used condition. All items are sold in their current condition, but I am always very determined when it comes to choose the best possible items, all items in my shop is always in a very good condition.

NOTE ABOUT PORCELAIN/ READ BEFORE YOU BUY!
The vintage porcelain is often hand painted and the the glazing may vary in color and shade on different cups from the same series. The porcelain is often more than 50 years old and NOT manufactured in modern factories, they may vary in shape and color for each cup. Some porcelain may have glazing that have natural lumps and blisters from the production in the factory.

I will NOT make a refund on porcelain because of this matter, this is the natural and genuine look of Scandinavian vintage porcelain.
