Payment can be made via Paypal. This is an easy online payment service – you do not have to be a member and can use a major credit card for your purchase. Payment is processed through a secure site.

You may also pay via direct checkout, through which you can pay with the credit cards accepted by Etsy.

Etsy gift cards are also accepted.

Payment is required at time of purchase. If payment is not made within 48 hours of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your order. Please let me know if there is a problem meeting this timeframe (I will attempt to contact buyer first).

Custom orders must be pre-paid in full. I will start working on your order as soon as I receive payment. Custom orders will usually ship within 2-6 weeks, depending on the item and my current workload. Please message me for further details.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours, as 'ready to ship' items are often shipped 1-2 days after the order comes through.

All items are shipped via first class air mail through the Danish postal service (Post Danmark), but will arrive through your local postal service.First class air mail does not include a tracking number. If you wish to have your purchase shipped with a tracking number, this is a possibility. Please note that the cost is quite a bit higher. Please contact me for a shipping quote.

Shipping costs are approximated. I pack all items carefully and ship in brand new or clean used boxes or envelopes.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
If you live outside the European Union there might be an additional sales tax or customs charge added to your order upon delivery. This can vary from country to country, so if you are in doubt, please check up on this in advance through your local customs.

Please note:
- Items will be shipped to your address listed on Etsy. Please be sure that the provided address is correct or contact me if there is an error. Items returned to me due to incorrect address will require payment of the shipping costs in order to have them resent.
- All shipping costs (including any customs tariffs if applicable) are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Packages will not be considered lost until 6 weeks have passed from the date of shipping.

If an item is received in poor condition due to damage by post, an exchange item may be offered. However, I must be notified within 5 days of the customer receiving the item, and require photographic evidence of the damage sustained.

EU countries: 5-10 business days to destination country + customs
Everywhere else: 7-14 business days to destination country + customs

If you're buying a gift for someone, gift wrap is available at no additional cost. Just let me know in the 'Message to Seller' when you check out. I can also ship directly to your gift recipient & add a little note if desired (If so, please also write the message you want to be included in the 'Message to seller' when you check out) or convo me as soon as you have placed your order.

I respond to all convos as soon as possible, usually within a few hours. Although, please take into consideration that we may be in different time zones. As far as languages go, I communicate in English and Danish, but I also understand both Swedish and Norwegian.
