5 out of 5 stars5 STARS. 5 THUMBS UP. Over the moon upon unboxing. My first order just arrived. The bag was well protected and packaged. The canvas and hardware used feel tough and durable. Well assembled. Ratcha patiently and professionally went through with me to meet my customization needs. The bag is spacious with a wide base with ample pockets..One outside and three inside(one with a long zip on one side). Above it all, she went the extra mile, beyond my expectations with the shipping and that made two people extremely happy!.. The giver and the recipient. Strongly recommend this shop! And.. Thank You for the cute keychains 😊. Perfect for the bag.

I chose the fabrics required and the bag has turned out beautifully. Ratcha is only too happy to assist you with creating the bag of your dreams. I am very happy with this purchase and Ratcha is an absolute delight to deal with. This is my 3rd bag from this shop, next will be a carpet bag, Mary Poppins style!
