As any vintage lover knows, some things never go out of fashion. Great design is classic and timeless, like fine artwork. This is why our family has shared a passion for vintage items, which has lasted for three generations, and has also become our family business.
Doris's father was big fan of antiques, and had a large collection that he cared for and loved.

When Doris was little, her father used to take her along on his antique hunting adventures…
And since then, she has been hooked.

At 16, Doris started buying vintage items for herself. Doris's friends soon began to purchase items from her... And soon after, Doris received an offer to open a shop in the exotic flea market of Jaffa, Israel. At the age of 22 she opened her first business (1978), and since then the shop has become a point of pilgrimage for treasure hunters. Doris has a wide variety of clientele, and many items from her collection have been featured in fashion productions, television and film. In 2000, Doris opened another shop for special and rare vintage items - for rent only.

Over the years, and after many more antique-hunting expeditions with her own children, Doris’s knowledge of antiques has become wide and rare. Today, as she caters for a new generation of vintage lovers, her daughter has also joined the business and is bringing the collection to new frontiers – right here on Etsy.
