Its our philosophy to ensure you have a great shopping experience with etsy and with Love Upcyled UK. We are a family run studio of artists and all our products are handmade by us.
Because our products are one off, we do sell our products off site and we remove a product very quickly if its sold off site. In the unlikely event that you have purchased an item from us that has already been sold elsewhere then we will issue you with an immediate refund and offer you a coupon for a discount on an alternative item, or we can hand make you a similar item, the choice is yours :-) please note though this scenario would be very rare but we want to make you aware, just in case.

Shipping
We take care to package all our parcels carefully, and we are a great believer in recycle, reuse. So where possible we try and use recycled packaging, mainly our boxes, so please be aware your item may arrive in a box once used for a microwave but we assure you, we have sent you your artwork and not a used microwave.
We use a number of different couriers to ship our items, depending on the item and the destination.
We take great care ensuring your artwork is packaged securely and safely for posting and where we can, we use as many recycled materials as possible.
We aim to dispatch with 1 - 2 business days, this is because we hand package every item only when its sold, that way we know that when we package your artwork it is in excellent condition as described in the listing. We then request collection from our courier. This all takes time so please be patient. We choose a delivery method that is cost effective to both you and us so it may take up to 5 working days to reach you so please be patient, art is worth waiting for :-)
