Each listed tree is made and ready for shipping. After payment it will be shipped within two to three days at the latest. I am not responsible for any additional custom fees of each countries.

I ship items through Standard First Priority Airmail in Europe (if you wish registered mail please contact me first before you buy). For Australia, USA and Canada I use Registered Airmail for small items, (such as Suncatchers and Jewelry) and I send the larger items as parcels or registered mail if size allows. Registered mail and parcels get a tracking number.


For the shipping in all countries, I charge according to the weight of the item, I do not charge additional fees for packaging. The reason behind this is that I would like to keep shipping costs to a minimum for you, thus, I recycle boxes and packages for shipping items. After payment is received your item will be carefully packaged. It will be put in a sturdy box with pieces of Styrofoam or in a bubble envelope (depending on size) to ensure that it will arrive safely to you. You will also receive instructions on how to take care of your item.

After the shipping is made you will get a confirmation e mail that your item has been shipped and a tracking number (if the item was sent as registered mail, or a parcel)

Requesting custom item: You may send me a message via etsy if you wish to request a custom item. I would be delighted to make something special for you or your loved ones. Your email will be answered as soon as possible. I will quote you a price once we both have reached an agreement about how your tree or decoration should look like and how would you like it to be shipped. For special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries etc) you are kindly requested to contact me at least 3-4 weeks in advance if you are in Europe and more if you are in USA Canada or Australia. Please have in mind that some of the materials will need to be ordered and it will take some time to arrive. I will start working your item once I have been fully paid and when it is finished I will send you photos of the final product. Then your item will be shipped it to you.
