I requested a custom order and received within the time frame. Great communication during the process too. USPS ended up leaving the box in a humid place during shipping; making bubble marks on it. Jim responded right way and with some advice I was able to polish it up myself! Absolutely stunning tea box. Beautiful craftsmanship and collaboration of woods. The size specifications are exactly what I needed. I will definitely order again if I need another custom box. Thank you so much!

I bought two beautiful boxes as graduation gifts for my twin great-nephews and I couldn’t be happier with them!! This cherry box is gorgeous as is similarly designed walnut box. Beautiful craftsmanship, very reasonable prices and shipment was so fast I thought that this shop was located in my neighborhood. An all-around great experience!

The beautiful box sits on the coffee table. It's has pencils and my watch in there. It give a nice touch to the room.
