1 out of 5 starsReceived unsealed empty box with no evidence that it had been sealed so goods lost Had to get PayPal involved to get some of money back but seller kept some of the money as she did not want to pay for her mistake She refused to answer emails until PayPal and etsy involved If emails had been answered I would have put it down to error as no one is perfect and would not have gone for refund So costly experience for me
