Home decor, drinkware, ornaments and all other items are shipping within 1-3 business days. Production time is 2-7 business days for apparel items. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
USPS delivery dates are not guaranteed for First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 48-72 hours for your tracking number to become active in the mailstream although it usually occurs much faster. This doesn't mean USPS doesn't have your item or it isn't moving. It is simply a procedural practice in some sorting facilities where they have a great deal of volume.
Some items are made in fulfillment print centers. Unfortunately for (some) t-shirts and sweatshirts, I am unable to leave a gift message. For other items made in-house, such as all drinkware, mousepads, ornaments, etc., I will be happy to include a gift message. Please notify me in the 'note to seller' box at checkout.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours M-F.
My designs are created by me or with the commercial purchase for use from other designers. Please don't violate our copyrights. You don't want to be THAT guy, do you? Copyright offenders will be reported.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Regretfully, due to volume and my desire to ship items efficiently, I do not offer gift wrapping. I will be more than happy to include a handwritten card at no additional expense. Please contact me with a 'note to seller' with the sentiment you would like me to include.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
YES! I purchase the highest quality mugs and inks available resulting in a high-quality product. The design on the mug is permanently embedded within the item itself. It is not a sticker.
My package says 'delivered' but I never received it? Now what?
Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with the USPS and the delivery of your parcel.
Can you confirm that we were given the correct address?
If so, please try the following:
- See if someone else accepted delivery (neighbor, other family member, office at condo / apartment);
- Look around the delivery location
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier
USPS is responsible for the delivery of mail. Please contact them with any issues you are having regarding your delivery.
When will my item ship?
I am dedicated to giving exceptional service. I pride myself on it! I keep supplies on hand that I need to manufacture your item. Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Due to holiday volume from November - December these times may be extended slightly without notice.
Sizing details
Please reference sizing info given in each of the individual listings. Unisex options tend to run slightly larger. We are unable to offer refunds due to sizing issues therefore it is extremely important to check the sizing for PRIOR to ordering.
