This depends on the postal method you selected when you checked out. Most overseas items arrive at their destination within 4 to 6 weeks; however, parcels are subject to random security checks and customs inspection. These routine checks are out of our hands and can cause delays. Please note that Royal Mail Standard or Economy are not tracked; in addition, the latter can take up to 13 weeks to arrive.

How soon your orders arrives depends on you. You quicker you order, the quicker we can dispatch. If you purchase a postage upgrade, orders are usually sent by the end of the next working day with over 90% arriving the following working day. Just select an upgrade at the checkout.

For security reasons, we can only ship to the address given at the time of ordering. A simple solution is to just visit the original address and collect the parcel.
