I ordered my item two months ago and never received it. After two unanswered messages from the owner I am incredibly disappointed.

When looking for a gift for my mother I ran across this store and its adorable shutter herb garden. I would highly recommend this seller and the shutters are even better in person. Very well packaged and I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered 2 of these and could not be happier! I get so many compliments on them. They arrived in a timely manner considering she makes these by hand! Beautiful job! They were packaged VERY carefully. I would definitely do business again with this Etsy seller! She even contacted me a month later to see how I was liking them and if I needed any planting tips for the mason jars. Great customer service!

Ipurchased a mason jar shutter form ElizabethKateDecor on June 10,2013.I did not receive the item until July 1, 2013 During this transaction the seller was extremely unprofessional and rude. When my daughter finally did receive the shutter it did not havethe stones or the herbal tips described on the site .Also the shutter was damaged . When emailing her she only offered to send the stones and tips.Along with the email I sent picture of the damaged shutter . Finall yafter telling her I would report her she agreed to send me a new shutter expecting me the buyer to send the old one back paying for shipping . I told her I wanted a prepaid shipping label sent along with the new shutter . I as the consumer should not have had to ask for any replacement or prepaid shipping label .she should have done this knowingly as a business person and made things RIGHT with me the buyer. She then stated this wasn't her full time income like somehow it makes it ok to treat the buyer with rudeness and unproffesionalism.I told her I owned and operated a business in which I would never treat a customer like this and she responded she personally didn't care .She promised tracking numbers that she never sent to me Then to top it off she did return my shipping through Etsy but not the prepaid label. But only some of the 45.00 in which it cost me. My bank suggested I close my account and turn her into the fraud department . I did close my account but did not do the latter.Do not buy from this women she did nothing she said she would do and it was nothing but a headache of constant emails back and forth . Jennifer had the nerve to tell me I was harassing her through email. My response was if you would have made things right to begin with I would not have had to communicate with you. Her product is cheap and not worth the 85.00 along with the high shipping fee regardless of what it REALLY costs her. I give her a negative rating for the horrible experience
