IMPORTANT SIZING NOTES:

1) Costumes can be custom made to measurements for no extra charge! A full measurement list and video guide is available at the bottom of every dress description.

2) Adult sizes are not currently available.
Children's sizes are available up to 59" tall and a 32" chest circumference. Larger sizes may incur an additional cost.

MESSAGES:

We do our best to reply to all messages within 48 hrs Mon-Fri. We do read every message when it arrives in our inbox and will respond as soon as possible for rush inquiries! If you do not hear back from us within that time frame, please resend your message. We have a large number of inquiries daily and messages can occasionally be missed!

SHIPPING TIMES: (Once we have made your costume!)

USA
*Most orders are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) or USPS Ground.
*Fedex Ground may be used in case of predicted USPS delays.
*Upgrades are available on request.

INTERNATIONAL
*All orders are sent Priority International (6-10 business days + customs processing)
*Express Shipping (3-5 business days + customs) is available for an additional charge

AUSTRALIAN Orders usually arrive in 7-8 days with standard Priority Shipping

Please note that International orders outside of the United States may be liable for customs fees and/or duties. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

UK buyers will have to pay 20% VAT + £8 royal mail fee on orders over £15 from non EU countries

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not generally accepted. If the mistake is ours, we will happy replace the item at our expense once the original is returned and all shipping changes will be covered. In limited circumstances, we may offer a return. In circumstances where a return is approved and the dress is for a special event (Halloween, Birthday, First Communion, etc.) the return must be processed prior to your event date. Unless otherwise specified by the seller, shipping will be covered by the customer. If a product was made with a rush, the rush charge cannot be refunded.

If your order involved a reserved listing or invoice set up privately through Paypal and the order is cancelled, a 5% cancellation fee will be incurred.

**NOTE ON OUR CHINESE PIRACY PROBLEM**

All of our costumes are our ORIGINAL DESIGNS and are handmade to order in our Connecticut studio using custom fabrics. Recently a number of Chinese vendors have stolen our Cinderella, Elsa and Sofia the First photos (and removed our watermarks) and are using them to sell cheaply made dresses mass-produced in China. Their products bear no similarity to ours but there is little to no recourse as China does not respect U.S. intellectual property or copyright laws. If you happen to run across any U.S. sellers using our photos we would love to hear about it, as we are working hard to get them taken down!

Because each dress is made by hand to fit her measurements, the ordering process is a little different than what you'll find in most stores.

Here's how it works:
CHOOSE the perfect costume from our selection, or message us about a custom request.
MEASURE her using our easy video guide, and feel free to ask us questions - we're here to help! Send us her measurements and we will create a custom-made costume to fit her perfectly.
MAKE: That's our job, while you relax. We make everything in our Connecticut studio and aim for perfection: from the fit, to the soft comfortable inside, to the fairy tale sparkle. If it doesn't fit we will replace it at no expense to you.
PLAY: Our costumes are made to be worn. As much as possible. They aren't just beautiful: they're comfortable enough to sleep in, and they're designed to last.
