I love to make quality clutches by hand. They are really beautiful, unique, and comfortable to use.

Request a cancellation: within 3 days of purchase
Payment
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping
It takes 1-2 weeks (3 weeks in busy time) to make each clutch, however, it is possible in the case of an urgent order to be completed in 2-5 days (please upgrade the shipping in your shopping cart).
To be unsure, that you get your purchase in time, could you let me know your time-limit because the manufacturing time can be stretched up 3 weeks in a busy time.
Bulk orders (3 or more) may take up to 3-4 weeks.
SHIPPING:
The shipping lasts 3-5 working days to the EU and 5-11 working days to the rest of the world.
The ordinary mail is free. It does not come with tracking or insurance. I have sent thousands of packages and the only couple of them have been lost, nevertheless, I suggest to upgrade the shipping to a registered service (international signed for) which includes tracking and signature on delivery because I do not take responsibility if the packages are delay or lost in the mail. It is an additional 10$ charge.
In countries, where the shipping cost is 20$, the registered service is included.
