Custom and personalized orders

*I like to discuss custom orders - so, please, contact me with your requests. I'll gladly create something special just for you.
*If you are looking for a certain color scheme or theme, give me , in a message, completely details about size, colors, a description, when you need the item.
*I will send you picture with working progress and you, as a buyer, can tell me, in time, without overdue the time for shipping.
*The price for some items depends on their complexity. Ask me before place an order.
*I can not accept return or exchange for personalized items (for example name banners, custom toy after a drawing or after a picture or other items that I make especially for you, like you ask in your messages).

Care instructions

All my items can be washed by hand, with mild soap, in warm water. A towel can be used to squeeze the water out; it should be dried on a plane surface.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All toys arrive nicely packed in a gift paper or in a brown paper. It is possible the item to be ship directly to gift recipients, but please provide me an address for this shipping and send me a message to tell me this.

Processing time

Depending on the complexity of each item, it takes me couple of days to make it. If you are in a hurry, please contact me to tell me the details. If you order more items, the processing time will be longer, and I can change it from 3-5 days to 1 or 2 weeks or even to 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. You will receive an email with these changes. If you place an order, but you don’t provide me some details for processing the order (for example a picture or a drawing of a toy you want to be made of, or a correct address), I can cancel the order by the end of the processing period time.

Payment

Payment should be paid in full before any work will start on your custom orders.

Suitable for certain kids

My toys are not for kids who use to eat some parts. For every toy I write what ages it is suitable for. Some toys contain small parts, so please supervise your kids during playtime. Please supervise your children while playing with the toys.

Shipping and Tracking

- STANDARD SHIPPING, 10 - 14 business days to the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, 3-4 days to France, 10 days to Europe countries
- For the small items from my shop, such as felt hearts, elves, ornaments, I can not accept free shipping if you order only one small item.
-Christmas Shipping– If you want to get your orders before Christmas I highly recommend you to place an order with at least one month in advance. I cannot guarantee the delivery time.
-All items have tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking number in your email and in your Etsy account when I mark the items as shipped.
-Please check the tracking on your country postal service, ask at your postal office.

Customer service

I want you to be happy with your item! If you have received your order and have any concerns please contact me before leaving feedback so we can remedy the situation as customer satisfaction is my number one priority.

If you must return an item please convo me within 3 days of receipt and arrangements will be made for an exchange or refund. I will refund the cost of the original item(s), less shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. It is highly suggested that you use tracking. Once item is received, I will promptly credit your account.
