5 out of 5 starsThe original bracelet I ordered unfortunately broke at the clasp when I first put it on. I contacted the seller and she immediately sent her apologies along with a replacement bracelet. I certainly appreciate the timely manner in which this problem was resolved! The bracelet is lovely and I highly recommend not only this bracelet but also this shop - top notch jewelry and customer service! I will be ordering from this shop again for sure!

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase from EnchantedRoseShop on Etsy, you supply our shop, via Etsy, with the information necessary to complete an order. This information remains on Etsy as a record of your purchase, your online receipt, and any communications (convos) between yourself and us, which stays on Etsy.
I do not ever see your credit card or PayPal data - Etsy handles the financial transactions.

So that we might know if we need to improve our service~ We would much prefer that you allow us to work with you until you are happy with your order, but the choice is yours.
How LONG WE KEEP IT
After shipping, we at EnchantedRoseShop do not retain any of your records, but we can still see the records you have shared with Etsy or convoes you have sent directly to us. .
If you would like for us to delete Etsy conversations, and any information that you have shared with us in them, we would gladly do so. This will delete them from being visible to us. I do not know if they are still visible to Etsy, since such records could be used in to clarify a dispute that could arise, and it would thus benefit Etsy to retain them all.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
Etsy and we share your information while we are preparing an order for you, and after the order has been shipped, Etsy alone retains those records, although we can see your information as it pertains to a sale from our shop, and we can see the information you shared with us, if in fact, you did share any with us.
We do not share your information with anyone other than Etsy and the company through whom we ship (which is nearly exclusively the USPS).
Should a government request, a legal obligation, a legal claim (like a tax law), or a court obligation require us to disclose any of your private information, we would do so only with the utmost caution.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are always appreciated. If I can change something or make something to your specifications, I definitely will. Just ask.
Shipping Carrier
The USPS is my primary carrier and I use First Class Mail and First Class International Package Mail services. Insurance and priority mail options are available at check out.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you suspect your package to be missing, please do ask your carrier, your local post office, other members of your household, and your neighbors to see if they mistakenly received your order or have any useful information. If the USPS tracking information indicates that a package has been successfully delivered to your address and you cannot locate the package, unfortunately I cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding your purchase price and/or shipping costs. Please make sure your mailing address is correct here on Etsy.
Insurance
If you would like to add insurance to a package please purchase the added insurance under postal upgrades for that item. Priority mail already includes $50 of insurance in most cases.
Why are Earrings Not returnable
Earrings are classed as an intimate item. Please note, earrings are classed as an intimate item due to the way they are worn. I am NOT able to accept returns for earrings for this reason. So you can be assured that the earrings you purchase from my store have not been worn by anyone.
