I am from Ukraine , my English is my second language. As I came in US with two little children(boys). I did not have enough money and time to learn perfect English. Now I am digital creator since 2010 when crochet was just at beginning and people ask me how did you do it? I did know how to knitting and little crochet as I did business(making sweaters) in Ukraine in 1997. I was mostly knitting and using knitting machine to make garment

One day I lost my regular job at big factory because a lot of them was leaving to oversea that time. By looking for a job and being stress how to feed my children. I start learning crochet because that time I do have a computer. And I start it from one black ball of yarn and ugly hook that my mother give it to me. I start crochet day and night, I have couple video on my Youtube channel with Christmas hats, sell baby sweaters, dogs hoodies.

So people start ask me can you write for us. That time I did not know anything about Etsy , and no others site like no ko-fi, lovecreafts and more. I use eBay platform to sell that is all I know. I was writing patterns that time on request about 5 a day. I was very tired. Then I post on eBay. I do not remember what price was that time. When customer buy it, I printed in color( a lot ink was going for printing and shipping to them in envelope. Was very helpful to me that time because I did not have a job and I have to apply per Florida law every two weeks I guess. Life gave me lesson and I never tough that I will be back to crochet and knitting. Thank you to my mom for one ball of yarn and ugly hook.
