While my etsy shop is always open I typically only work on designs and reply to convos & emails during the following times:
M-F from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. central time
Saturdays & Sundays - varies, but usually morning

Upon purchasing you will receive a DOWNLOAD LINK to retrieve your new files. Please note you will not receive any PRINTED products or any products in the mail. If you pay by Paypal eCheck your download link will be ready once your payment has cleared.
All orders & convos are worked on and replied to in the order in which they have been received. Most correspondence is replied to within 24 hours.
