5 out of 5 starsThese are very well made and have been such a great alternative to disposable night-time pull-ups for my preschooler. I wish I had found these a year ago!! Shipping was fast, and the seller sent a very detailed message about how to properly care for the pull-ups. Thank you very much! It's so nice knowing my child won't leak through at night, and we aren't adding to the landfill.

4 out of 5 starsThese are so well-thought out and so cute! I still recommend these, although they didn't hold up too well for our first use. My 4 yr old has water cup at his bedside, so perhaps these would perform better if he didn't drink so much at night. His clothes and sheets were damp in the morning, but not soaking, so it is effective enough. I plan on still using these because I cannot afford disposable pullups every few weeks, so I plan on having this be my preschooler's "wakeup call" on feeling that uncomfortableness so that he can realize he needs to go potty at night as needed. He needs to learn some time! ^_^

We do mention, together with the care instructions provided, of having the last drink one hour before bed and voiding right before bed, for doing otherwise, will greatly increase the chances of leaks. Also, the training pants need to be prepped (wash and dry) a few times to reach full absorbency. The pants are fairly absorbent after the first wash/dry; however, they are nowhere close to acquire full absorbency, and to this, adding a cup of water right before bed, it'll certainly not help. The pants will become more and more absorbent as they are washed and dry; however, I do recommend not having water or liquid right before bed and potty right before bed, if possible. 5 out of 5 starsI got these for my 6 year old daughter. She has a tough time waking at night to go potty. She absolutely loves these panties. They give her more confidence than diapers and are helping her to try getting up and use the potty at night time. I've never seen her so excited over bed time undies ❤️

4 out of 5 starswas a little bulky, we did order the most absorbent so that would explain this. Still had some issues with leaking but the most important part to me is that my grandson loves them and maybe this will help him. So I would recommend to others. Maybe when medical issues start to get better than I can start ordering some that are not extra absorbent (bulky)

Custom and personalized orders
We accept returns, ONLY on items that are not customized and ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION (unused, unlaundered, unaltered, with no damages, and that are clean). Once the items are received and checked they are in the conditions mentioned above, we will only refund the price charged on the items returned.
Any sort of shipping and related fees incurred will not be refunded. If a return incurs in any kind of additional fees, these will be of the responsibility of the buyer and will be deduced from the amount to be refunded.
All expenses, lost values and fees incurred from a return done without the seller's knowledge or consent will be of the responsibility of the buyer.
Sizing details
The training pants are closely related to regular UNDERWEAR size for AVERAGE BUILT. They DO NOT relate to disposable diapers or any other of this related form.
For measurements, please provide the following:
Waist circumference: from where the pants are worn.
Leg circumference: at the highest part of the leg, following the underwear line, at a slant or diagonally.
Underjam rise: from front waist to back waist, passing through the crotch.
Very Important: Do not add extra space or tighten the measuring tape. Measure the child naked or wearing a thin underwear. Re-measure to confirm.
DO NOT take measurements directly on clothing or disposable diapers. Such measurements are not accurate.
