Similarly, in the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an impossible access to the mailbox, unknown and/or incomplete address, lack of addressing, unapproved notice, the customer must then contact his post office directly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new delivery.
In the case of an envelope refused by the recipient at delivery: the customer will not be entitled to a partial or total refund or to claim the payment of damages.

Any order validated is not modifiable and is accepted for:
- the price corresponding to the Product(s) ordered.
- the shipping costs corresponding to the product(s) ordered.
- the quantity
- the options chosen (size, cords length, cords colour, pocket option...)

The scapulars are made to order and to measure (size, length of cords, color of cords, pocket option...)
and for reasons of hygiene and/or health protection, the right of cancellation and return or exchange cannot be exercised.

Processing time
For scapulars and medals made to order, the processing time can vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the status of the orders in progress

- France: 2-7 working days
- Europe: 3-10 working days
- North America: 6-15 business days.
- Other country: 30-45 working days

Delivery times are given for information purposes and any delay may not allow the customer to cancel his order, refuse delivery of his order or claim damages.


- International orders will be sent via standard Airmail and will take between 7- 30 working days (varies by location).
