Evelyn Curtis was established by Brisbane based designer Lexi Wittke in 2010 and has been growing ever since. The brand focuses on luxury materials, feminine finishes and unique design. Evelyn Curtis gained exposure after being featured in many fashion shows across Brisbane, including Turpentine, Mirror Mirror, Threaded and Obsession as well as being featured in publications such as ProtoTYPE magazine and Village News. Evelyn Curtis has delved into lingerie, accessories, sleepwear and corporate cocktail, but is now focussing on cocktail, formal and ready to wear street fashion. All of the pieces are one of a kind and often made with vintage or recycled materials offering the wearer a unique take on contemporary fashion. All garments are handmade in Lexi’s Brisbane studio. Lexi also writes a fashion blog called Take Off My Dress and is the Founder and Director of Obsession Events, a Brisbane based fashion events company.
