Q: What is the turnaround time on your custom rings?
A: The ring designs take 1 day to make, therefore, they will then be shipped the next business day. Bulk orders may take longer, depending on size of order.

Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A: Yes, I do. I offer discounts for all orders of over 3 pieces, the size of the discounts depends on how many pieces are ordered. The larger the order, the larger the discount! Convo me for specifics.

Q: How long do purchases take to ship?
A: I make sure that all orders (excluding bulk orders) ship within 1-3 business days.

Q: I like one of the bracelets but want a different clasp, is that possible?
A: At the moment all bracelets come with a fish hook (normally for pearls) as standard (for better security). If you would prefer a lobster clasp, please convo me & I will change it out.

Q: I like one of the bracelets but the length is too short/long, is that possible to alter the size?
A: Yes, most of the time. Please convo me with the size of your wrist (or approx. size of the wrist who it is for) & I will add/subtract beads accordingly.

Q: I would like to give one of your pieces as a present for someone, do they come gift boxed?
A: Most of my pieces come in a colorful organza bag. I also have padded boxes available as well, just let me know ahead of time. I ship them in a padded envelope to protect them as they make their journey to you.

Q: I would like to give one of your pieces as a present for someone, can you gift wrap and/or ship to them directly?
A: Most of my pieces come in a colorful organza bag, but if you specify your order is a gift, I will put them in their own padded box. If you are running late with time and I would like for me to gift wrap and send it directly to your loved one, click on the gift wrap option for an additional price of $4. ***Please specify for what occasion!***
