Payment for all goods must be made in advance by Paypal, credit or debit card at
the time of ordering. We accept all payment made by debit and credit cards supported by Easy.

For smaller items (es. Table mirror, home accessories ecc.) delivered in UK, we offer fully insured shipping with tracking numbers, via our designated couriers (UPS, DHL, TNT, Yodel or the Royal Mail), normally dispatching in 3 days and delivering in 3/5 working days at most.  In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery. For any other non UK destination in the EU, we’d need to work out the best price for you, so we’d have to keep in touch prior the purchase, our email is furnichic [!at] gmail.com.

For Larger/Bulky items (es. Sidetables, dressers, chest of drawers, wardrobe cabinet, sofas etc,) delivered to any destination in UK, we can arrange bespoke delivery/freight service using trusted partners specialized in furniture logistics. For any other non UK destination in the EU, we’d need to work out the best price for you, so we’d have to keep in touch prior the purchase, our email is furnichic [!at] gmail.com. We can also assist you should, you wish to arrange your own collection directly from our warehouse.

Once the purchase is finalised, larger goods are normally dispatched in 3/5 working days, then delivered in 10/15 working days. We pass your details onto the driver who will then make contact with you to coordinate delivery times directly.  You won’t need to pay the driver upon delivery, as we’d do it for you.  Insurance of all items passes to these delivery companies as soon as the items leave our premises. We will obviously be happy to assist you with any queries/issues you may have regarding delivery. Please be also aware that for large items the driver will be making several deliveries per run, delivery times will usually be within business hours and based on one man services, meaning that in most cases someone will need to be in to take delivery and help lift items sometimes, unless a two men service is required, in which case, as a special requirement, would need to arranged in advance and usually an extra fee of £15 to £30 (depending on circumstances) would be required.

For larger items to be delivered in UK and Rest of Europe, our trusted partners are Shiply, U-Ship and Anyvan, which we’d recommend also if you want to arrange collection by yourself. Please note that in any case, delivery service is carried out by third parties and although we pay them on your behalf (making no profit on it) and we strive to select the best service everytime, we’re not responsible for their conduct/service.

If you have more specific requirements/restrictions, we may need to arrange an alternative, higher level delivery option.

The shipping costs are categorized in a number of variables and foresight on the basis of volume, weight, value insured, destination and type of service required for the purchased goods. For larger items and/or particular conditions (es. Larger items requiring a door to door 2 man service or delivery in high traffic congested areas) costs are calculated on average rates applied by the trusted companies we use.

Outside EU Surcharges (approx £15) will be applicable for Northern Ireland, remote areas, Scottish Highlands and islands. Please note that for multybuy withing the same order/purchase, a discount is likely to be applied.

If you are shopping from within the EU, you may have to pay EU VAT.  Where applicable this is included within the prices you see online.

If you are shopping from outside the EU, you will see prices excluding import duties and bonds. You you may need to pay import duties and bonds upon receipt of your item. You will not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax but there may be other local taxes that you may need to pay to receive your goods.

The price of the goods will be as set out at the time we confirm your order. Prices are liable to change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc. arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside the United Kingdom.
