Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We will be happy to take custom orders but keep in mind these orders will have to be made and that will take a minimum of 30 days depending on our wait list. During the holiday season, we do not take customer orders.
Sizing details
Our headbands are sized as you would find at your local stores with the exception of our newborn, toddler and 3 to 12 year old sizing.
In regards to the braided headbands, they usually feel tight at first and after a couple of weeks of wearing, they do stretch. If you find the headband is too tight, please message us as there is a way to stretch it.
Care instructions
Our headbands are not machine washable! Please hand wash in cold water or wipe them and hang to dry.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping or packaging at this time. We will however write a note on the packing slip if you will message us at the time of order.
