    There was a lot of negative feedback, but I wrote to the shop owner and the issues had been rectified. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and created a custom order. The bows look great and the shipping was very quick.

    It would appear that I'm not the only one to have a problem with this seller. It's been almost four months since I ordered my item and after multiple conversations with the seller in which I was informed my item was shipped, I finally just asked for a refund because I've yet to receive it. The seller always replied to my messages, but I seriously doubt that my item was actually ever shipped.

    Ordered my bow and over a month later still never received it. Asked the seller in advance if it would arrive at the house in time for our vacation and she assured me that it would. Trying to get a tracking number was unsuccessful . I asked for a refund over a week after I wanted the bow by and she said it "Must've got lost in the mail" . Didn't even refund me the whole amount of the bow , let alone the shipping for a bow that I never got. I messaged her about that and no response! Not surprising! Will NEVER buy from this person again!!!

    Never received item. Was told that two bows, the original and a replacement were mailed. Neither was ever received. Seller has no tracking information available. Waiting for refund.

    I ordered these bows on Oct. 18th, messaged the seller on Oct. 29th to see when they would be shipped. She said Nov. 3rd. As of Nov. 18th I still had not received them so I messaged her again. She said they would go out the afternoon on Nov. 19th. Dec. 6th I still had not received them so I messgaed her again. She said she would send out a new one and did not know what happened to the last package. I finally filed a complete with Etsy on Dec. 18th and received them a few days later. The postmark date was Dec. 19th. The barrette broke the first time I tried to wear it. I will never order from this seller again.
