I am so pleased with this product and the woman who sold it to me. She was so easy to reach and very accommodating to size adjustments and repairing the product if needed. When I received the product and found it to be too small she was very understanding and repaired the bracelet with no extra charge. Since she was located very close to me I was able to visit her and have her repair the item right on the spot. She always answered my questions within the same day and gave me a product that is worth the price.
