Owner is really friendly, necklace came 2 days after ordering and was wrapped nicely with a fancy feater on the wrapping paper, first order of this site and I will be ordering again, thanks love my new reindeer necklace, I love it cause it's unique x

Once you place an order, I will ensure that your jewellery is wrapped and packaged with the utmost care and love and handed to the post office for shipping within 1-2 business working days.

If you realise you had an unexpected bout of, let's say, impulsive buying that you now regret and would like to cancel the order, please message me straight away for your regrets to be reversed and your money back :)
Shipping
1) Standard postage and packaging - Your jewellery will be carefully wrapped in decorative paper and bubble wrap and placed in a small organza bag with a little signature feather. This is then packaged in a small padded envelope and posted via standard first class Royal Mail/Air Mail (without fast track or recorded delivery). UK delivery time is usually 2-3 business days once dispatched. USA/Canada is usually 5-10 business working days.
2) Gift box/posted via standard first class Royal Mail - If you are buying a piece of jewellery as a gift and would like to use this option, the jewellery will be boxed in a small decorative gift box and packaged in a small padded envelope and posted via standard first class Royal Mail/Air Mail (without fast track or recorded delivery).
3) Standard packaging and recorded delivery - Your jewellery will be carefully wrapped in decorative paper and bubble wrap and placed in a small organza bag with a little signature feather. This is then packaged in a small padded envelope and posted via recorded first class Royal Mail/Air Mail (with tracking code that will be supplied to you)
4) Gift box and posted recorded delivery - Your jewellery will come in one of my decorative gift boxes and then packaged in a small padded envelope and posted via recorded first class Royal Mail/Air Mail (with tracking code that will be supplied to you)
