Items are shipped via Italian Post Priority Mail (NO delivery confirmation and NO tracking number).
Should you wish a special shipping service (such as Registered Mail) please contact us.
All items are hand packed and shipped within 4 days from receiving your payment, even if we will try to ship items within 48 hours (weekends and holidays aside).
Costs include packaging, shipping and handling.
We are not responsible for lost, damage, customs delays and/or extra fees.

Our creations are all limited edition or one of a kind but please don't be shy about asking if a sold item can be re made... sometimes it is possible to make a similar one... custom orders are always welcome!
If you see any of our designs you like, but would like them in another colour or would like us to design something special for you please let us know.
