I started Fehrenbach Farms many years ago when my then young daughter wanted a pet llama. Today our 60 + animals are shown throughout the United States, and by all four of our family members. Our animals are raised not only for pets and to show, but also for their luxurious fiber that I spin and sell. Our farm is also open to youth in our area to use for 4-H to share with others our special animals.
Fehrenbach Farms is a family owned and operated llama and alpaca farm located in Northern Michigan. All of our yarns are hand-spun, most from our own animals. On occasion we like to support other local fiber artists and purchase hand painted or dyed roving that we in turn spin and sell.
