Seller was very helpful. I ordered the earrings for a Christmas present. Felino contacted me to let me know due to the fact that they are made to order it wouldn't ship on time. They offered another pair in a different color. They arrived on time and were actually liked more than the original pair looked at. Very happy with my purchase.
