Shipping

We always ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

We offer shipping internationally from Finland and with good quality packaging.

Currently, we are using the priority mail with tracking to sending packages except for jewelry and some textiles we send with the letter. For jewelry the shipping with a tracking priority mail when ordering over 200 euro. Otherwise, we use letters without tracking. For jewelry ordering, over 500 euro we are using the insurance shipping with tracking. If you need express mail or additional insurance for other items, please contact me so that I can set up a special listing for you.

If you buy several products, We are happy to offer a combined shipping fee to save your shipping cost. Please contact us for more details.

For fragile items such as ceramic and glassware, We need to use a lot of packaging materials to try to ensure the products are delivered to you in perfect condition. For example, If a glass jar weighs 500 grams, it has to be posted as a parcel that weighs up to 1000g.
