    Owner, Maker, Designer, Curator

I'm Fiona the owner, maker and designer of all my jewellery. I adore forged gold, but also delicate shapes with the addition of stones. My need to be creative and the great feedback from my customers inspires me to continue designing and making.

I design and create all my jewellery by hand, no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of my jewellery, you will receive something created just for you. Please allow for tiny variations from the photos. There will always be a little mark from my tools, these show it is handmade, not mass produced and make it special for you.

Shipping

All custom made items are made to order - allow 2-4 weeks (though often sooner!) for your purchase to be made + shipping time. I make all items myself, am very busy, and as a small business do not keep a large stock of materials, please understand this when ordering. If you need items sooner - contact me, I may have the materials in stock. If your item requires hallmarking then the shipping date will be quoted on the item details, usually six weeks from purchase, + shipping time.

I send notification via Etsy to confirm that your item(s) have been dispatched via Etsy. Orders under GBP £49.99 will be sent first class post in the UK and by Airmail overseas. Orders over GBP £50 will be sent by Post Office 'Next Day' or via 'International Signed For' overseas and I will send you the tracking information once dispatched. Orders over GBP £100 can be sent with additional insurance to cover the higher value - contact me for a quotation.

** multiple items in the same order are covered by one postage payment**

Local tax, import duty and country specific import legislation is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.

If you require a faster delivery method, please contact me for a quotation.

**I post to your Etsy recorded address**

Additional policies and FAQs

I make every effort to ensure an accurate description of items and use accurate photographs. Due to the handmade nature of my items, each item will be unique. Please be aware that colour depiction can vary slightly with different computer monitors.

** Please measure carefully for ring sizes ** - for a good fit use a ring gauge at a jewellers, (flexible plastic ones are not accurate), be measured for the style of ring you choose - broad or slim. I can make rings in any size - unusually large or small, half and even quarter sizes. I convert your ring size - (e.g. from US to UK) add your size in the buyers comments. However, if you have made an error in sizing, I have to charge for resizing (sometimes it isn't possible) so measure carefully.

Silver items over 7.78g, gold items over 1g will be hallmarked and include my makers mark from the Sheffield Assay Office according to UK regulations. An extended making time reflects this, expedited hallmarking can be arranged, again, contact me for a quotation. If you would like to include a hallmark and my makers mark on a piece of jewellery, please also contact me for a quotation.

Each item is prettily boxed, suitable to give or receive. I always use new recycled packaging.
