This is another well-made and high quality bow. I purchased the sailor bow for my pup last year and love it! We have now taken in my parents’ pup and I wanted to get a matching bow for him. Teddy looks so dapper in his new red buffalo plaid bow! The bow was dispatched after one day. I really appreciate the super fast dispatch! Once shipped can my order be tracked?

Standard Shipping to destinations within Canada is untracked so once the package has been handed off to Canada Post we won't know where it is until it reaches your mailbox. Standard Shipping to destinations outside of Canada includes tracking. If you require tracking (within Canada) or a faster delivery timeframe in general shipping upgrades are available upon checkout. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any shipping questions or a tight timeline so we can figure out the best shipping option for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. If you prefer another carrier please contact me and we can discuss other available options and their shipping rates.

Once my order has shipped how long will my package take to arrive?

Once your item has shipped, in my experience I find that for standard shipping within Canada your item should arrive within 2-14 business days. Items shipped to the United States can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on time in customs and final destination (the average timing right now seems to be around 2 weeks). Items shipped elsewhere can vary widely but in general seem to take from 2-4 weeks.
