Announcement Just a head's up--I will be leaving for Algeria and Tunisia on April 11 and not returning until May 5. So if there is anything you want before then buy it now. I will be putting the shop on vacation mode as of April 9.

Now that Etsy doesn't let you make your own return policy I want to say that I do accept returns on most items as long as they are shipped out within 3 days of receiving. I hate to do that but have had occasions where someone obviously wore something and then returned and some of my older pieces can be a bit fragile and if someone tries to squeeze into them they may rip. So for items that are 1920s and older, I usually do not accept returns. It will basically be on a case by case basis. When I do accept returns, the buyer needs to pay for the original shipping as otherwise I lose money on the transaction. I really try to describe things as accurately as possible. In a few rare occasions I will say no returns in the actual listing description but otherwise I refund the cost of the item but buyer pays shipping both ways as otherwise I lose money on the return. Unfortunately, I also have to charge like a restocking fee as Etsy charges you a transaction fee on refunds rather than cancellations. So please note that I often WILL do returns although shipping and return policy say no returns. Just be sure to contact me immediately.
