Welcome to Gabba Design Shop! All of the items are personally designed and handmade by Gabi - the owner. I create my items with lots of love and passion for colours, fabrics and home design.

Payment

As I am based in the UK my prices are given in GBP and include all relevant value added taxes (VAT). Your prices will be shown in the currency based on your location / Etsy settings and the relevant currency exchange.

As soon as your item has shipped you will be notified about this via email. My shipping prices are based on the weight of the package. I do not intend to profit from shipping and if I ever go over the charges incurred in shipping I am happy to refund the difference back to you.

Shipping

I deliver worldwide and the prices are based on the weight and destination of the items. I aim to ship your items within 1-3 business days. However, on some occasions I may require extra time to allow for fabric delivery. If this is the case I will do my best to ship items within 3-5 business days and I will inform you via email if I require any extra time.

ADDRESS

If you are checking out with Paypal please make sure your Paypal address is correct as your shipping address may be used based on these settings.

UK CUSTOMERS

Orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail and are usually delivered the next working day (including Saturday). Orders of a higher value may be sent by Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Service. EU deliveries usually take 3-5 working days, worldwide deliveries 5-7 working days. However, these times are estimated and I am unable to guarantee them.
Orders of a higher value can be sent by Airsure, which is recorded and tracked.

CUSTOMS

I am not liable for any customs or government tax charges made in the recipients country. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Additional policies and FAQs

Cushion pads are NOT included with my covers - they are expensive to ship, therefore it is more economical for customers to purchase them locally. They are widely available in larger department stores and Ikea.

Every effort has been made to capture the correct colour of the items, however please be aware that colour monitors do vary. If you are concerned about colour matching, I'd be happy to send a small sample of fabric at no extra charge if it is available.

If you require more covers than there are listed or a different size other than listed, please contact me to request this.

All items are made in a smoke and pet free home.

Positive feedback is highly valuable to me, so please contact me BEFORE you leave your review if there is a problem with your purchase and we can resolve it amicably.
