Announcement    I strive to offer my customers high quality items at a fair price. Some of my items are vintage, some are new old stock "NOS", some are handmade, but there is something for everyone!

My beloved aunt and uncle owned a jewelry and rock shop that I worked in starting at age 8. My aunt taught me about Native American jewelry, while my uncle taught me lapidary, silversmith and geology. I was recently able to buy some of the jewelry inventory along with rough Burtis Mine Cripple Creek turquoise that was from my aunt and uncle’s shop. The turquoise has been in storage for 30 years and is what I cut, shape and polish for most of the jewelry available in my shop.

Turquoise is my favorite gemstone and Native American is my favorite jewelry. I don't claim to be an expert so I will not list the mine on a particular stone or silversmith artist unless I have a provenance, hallmark or documentation. The Cripple Creek Turquoise I work with is from the 1960, 70s and was taken from the old Burtis mine, then sold to my uncle for his rock shop. This turquoise is one of the hardest in the world so additional color or stabilizer is not needed. Most of the turquoise I have listed for sale from other mines such as Blue Gem, Number 8, Manassa or Kingman has been stabilized for strength, so any questions you have please contact me.

Older Native American jewelry was not often marked as sterling silver but rest assured, I have tested every piece that has no markings, and I will never intentionally deceive you. If you have time, check my feedback.

Visit my store often for new and amazing items, and I promise it will never be boring!

And tomorrow we might not be together. I'm no prophet and I don't know nature's ways. So I'll try and see into your eyes right now. And just be right here. Cause these are the good old days. Carly Simon "Anticipation"
