This is Pretty, she was with us for 8 years, she passed away last summer at 14 years old. We miss her so much.
This is Bill, he is so cute and funny. You would just want to kiss him!
This is Mo, he is an energetic 8 year old that loves to go for walks and play!
Here is yours truely with all of them in a 4th of July parade!

How it all started

Our business started by accident really. We had been adopting Greyhounds for a few years and were on our 6th, 7th, and 8th Greyhounds. I wanted to start making things for Greyhounds because I hadn't seen very much to buy. Of course I didn't know about Etsy then. I started making keychains, charm bracelets and earrings with Greyhounds on them.

We have always been Rockhounds. From back in the 70's when my husband and I first met, we would take his Landcruiser all over California, Arizona and Utah looking for rocks! John has been cutting and cabbing our stones for 30 years or so and silversmithing. I was drawn to wire wrapping and took a class in that about 8 years ago. We have since started selling our jewelry and gift items on Etsy and at a very special art gallery in Prescott, Az called Prescott Art Market.

Anyway, that is our story! I hope you enjoy GemSalad Jewelry.
