I aim to dispatch items within the time frame stated on each listing. Bears that require customising will be completed and posted as soon as possible. I post every week day and will send you an email when I have sent your item out. If you do not recieve your item please contact me, most international orders are sent by airmail and can take up to 14 days to reach the U.S.
