I purchased this item in August. When I tried to cancel the order in the following week, I received no response until the day she shipped it at which point it was too late. She agreed I could send it back for a refund. I sent it back for return on 8 September and have yet to receive a refund or even a confirmation of delivery. In the intervening weeks, I have sent two messages through Etsy and one through email. Nothing. I waited to post this review in order to give the seller the benefit of the doubt but it now almost one month since I shipped the item. I am now without the item I purchased or the $145 I paid for it. In previous messages, this seller came across as quite nice so it is a further shame that I have to write this review. Update: Refund has finally been put through and processed (10/27).
