I really like this vertical/horizontal plaque. Can I get it in the other orientation so that it will work in the space that I am going to mount it?
Yes. Most styles of our long plaques have listings in both orientations. If you are unable to locate the listing for the orientation you need, you can purchase the opposing orientation and leave us a note stating the orientation that you want in the "note to seller" section near the end of checkout. If for some reason there is an issue with the request, we will reach out to you to discuss options.
I really like this style of plaque, but I saw a font that I preferred on another one of your listings. Can I make a substitution?
Yes. Purchase the style of plaque that you like and then paste a copy of the listing pic that has your preferred font along with a note requesting the swap in the "message to seller" section near the end of checkout.

On a case by case basis, depending on current order volume and within material constraints.
Do you offer volume discounts or work on high volume projects?

I saw this same item go on sale after I made my purchase. Can I get a refund me the difference?
Not to be mean, but no.
We are a small family run studio. This is not a side hustle for extra cash, but our livelihood. It is how we pay our bills and pay the few employees that we have depending on us.
Running sale promos is to boost revenue so that we might honor our obligations. If we were to refund every previous purchase when we ran a sale, it would defeat the purpose of the promo.
