My business hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm USA Eastern time.
Weekend hours are sporadic so do please be patient if you are waiting for a response from me. I will try my best to respond to you within 24 hours.
Each of my pieces are sent in a kraft cotton filled box and include a care card.
My shipping days are Monday to Friday and the current order processing time is 3 - 5 business days from the day I receive your order.
I make my orders on a first come first served basis so I may not see your order or any note you put on the order right away.
Please understand I am just one person and every item is custom made to order.
I very much appreciate your patience :)
Shipping upgrades are available and you can find them in the drop down box at checkout, however upgrading the shipping does not speed up the processing time.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Unfortunately I am no longer able to ship to Europe.
This saddens me and is because of the new European packaging laws which have made it impossible for a small business like my own to take part.
IF ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE USA PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE MAY BE IMPORT CHARGES OR OTHER FEES.
This unfortunately is out of my hands as the buyer is the responsible party when importing goods into their country and in doing so agrees to paying these charges to their country if they should occur.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR UK BUYERS:
Etsy DOES NOT COLLECT VAT, Import Duty or other delivery charges for packages being shipped from the US into the UK.
Royal Mail will collect the following charges from you when you receive your package:
Royal Mail International Handling Fee of £8 and VAT for packages valued over £15
Import Duty for packages valued over £135.
Additional fees may be charged.
Royal Mail provides several options for payment and they will inform you of the options available and the amounts payable when they contact you. A postcard or letter is usually delivered to your address, detailing the amount due and the options available for payment. Once payment has been made, the package may be collected from the post office or if you have paid online/by phone you can arrange for it to be delivered. Details of the charges, including the Royal Mail or Parcel force Worldwide handling fee, will be shown separately on a label affixed to the package.
All of my creations are handmade in my studio and incorporate high quality stones and materials, most of which are hand picked by myself to make sure I find the best and most beautiful materials for my customers.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
My shipping days are Monday to Friday and the order processing time is 1 - 5 business days from the day I receive your order.
Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days but sometimes it can take up to the 5 business day period.
I make my orders on a first come first served basis so I may not see your order or any note you put on the order right away. If you need your order in a hurry please send me a message and I will try my best to work with you to get it to you sooner.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Please contact me right away!
If you give me the correct address, I can update the shipping label accordingly.
Please note, when you receive the “shipment notification” email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because I can’t change the address recorded on your Etsy order.
If your order has already shipped, I can’t intercept anymore. However, I will give you the necessary info so that you can contact your local postal service for a redirection. Success depends on your postal service.
If the package is returned to me, I will reship it to an address of your choice. I will have to charge you the re-shipping cost.
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and gift box.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received, items will be inspected and once satisfied I will be happy to offer a refund or exchange minus any shipping costs.
On rare occasions sometimes things do happen.
If there is any issue at all with your jewelry other than a standard return of the original, unworn item, then please do contact me right away to let me know the issue and I will be happy to work with you to come up with a solution.
Do you accept custom orders?
I am happy to make custom pieces provided I have the required materials already in stock.
Custom orders do require full payment up front and have an extended processing time due to the extra time and work needed to determine design.
During very busy periods I may decide not to accept custom orders.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely!
Please change your address to the receiver's at checkout.
There is an option to add a gift message too.
All of my items are presented ready to gift in a Kraft cotton filled gift box and each order includes a care card.
Do you make Children's jewelry?
Please be aware that I do not make jewelry for Children.
My pieces are intended for wear by Adults and those over the age of 13 years.
Choking Hazard -
All of my pieces are hand crafted using small components and are not suitable for children.
Please take care and keep out of the reach of children and pets.
