We can send the item only after the recepit of the payment.
Shipping
Express shipping also available.
I will ship out orders within about 5 weeks upon receipt of payment.
I provide you the tracking number the same day that I send the packet and you can track it on the website.
Shipping go smoothly most of the times but it could happen that a package can be delayed for some reasons that are out of our control ( wheater, custom issues..) I understand this is disappointing but please be patient!
We are not responsible for additional custom fees. The customer has to handle this charges.
The orders shipped outside of Europe could be subjected to custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment has to handle this fees that are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country.
I can not have control over these charges and I can not predict how much they may be because the custom policies vary from country to country. If you need more information you should contact your local customs office.
For the customers from Russia: unfrotunately with FedEx it is too complicated to ship to Russia. I can use only the regular national mail that takes more time and it is not so safe. I inform in advance that I am not responsible for problems that could happen during the shipping. Thank you.
For the customers from Israel: please inform you with the custom of your country about the custom fees and handling fees that there are to pay, I am not responsable for that. Thank you!
ATTENTION: we ship to the address that is written on the order on Etsy. Please make sure that the address is correct and complete! If the address is not complete or not correct the packet is sent back to me and to send it again with ordinary mail it costs other 15 euros.
ATTENTION! With express shipping I can not send to p.o. box, please provide me another type of address, thank you!

Or, when you proceed with the order of a product of my shop IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM THE ITEM IN THE PICTURE THAT YOU CHOSE WRITE IN THE NOTE OF YOUR ORDER DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS all the customizations and particular needs that you have. Please do not use my email address or other type of contacts to tell me particular customizations or preferred shipping profiles about the order. If we had previous conversations on Etsy or via email please ALWAYS remember me that in the notes of your order.
If you do not write me anything in the note of order I will do the item like in the picture and without initials.
Make sure to write in the notes:
- eventually requests about the size, a different shape or configuration ( IT IS BETTER TO CONTACT ME TO BE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMIZATION IS POSSIBLE)
- the exactly sizes for custom configurations
- the name, phrase or initials that that you like to have in the correct order ( please be sure to write me the name correct because if you write me later asking me to change it it could not be more possible if I have already etched it on the leather)
- About the initials: please write me only the initials that you want to have in the correct order and not the full name if you want only the initials. I look only the initials and I make it in the same order that you give me). If you write me the name with capital letters will make it with capital letters, if you write me the first letter capital and the others not I will make it so, all exactly like you write me that.
- The exactly place where you want to have the initials /name/logos
- The font ( IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT FONT FROM THE ONE THAT I USE)
Please for any need that you have ( customizations or shipping preferences) write me that IN THE NOTE OF ORDER ON ETSY and not through my email address, thank you!
